Thank you for purchasing a digital product from Wind Atlas.
All images remain protected by copyright and are licensed, not sold. By downloading and using these files, you agree to the terms of this Personal Use License.
GRANTED RIGHTS
The purchaser is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may:
• Download and store the files on your personal devices.
• Print the images for personal display.
• Create multiple personal prints for your own home, office, or private spaces.
• Use the images as wallpapers, screensavers, or personal backgrounds.
• Share the images on personal social media accounts, provided that reasonable credit to Wind Atlas is given whenever possible.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
• Sell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or transfer the image files to any third party.
• Upload the files to stock photography websites, image libraries, marketplaces, or file-sharing platforms.
• Use the images for advertising, marketing, branding, or promotional purposes.
• Use the images on products intended for resale.
• Use the images in commercial publications, websites, presentations, or social media accounts operated by a business or organization.
• Claim authorship, ownership, or copyright of the images.
• Remove copyright notices or attempt to represent the images as your own work.
• Resell the images in digital or printed form.
COPYRIGHT
All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wind Atlas.
The purchase of a digital product grants a license to use the images under the terms described in this document. No copyright ownership is transferred to the purchaser.
Purchasing a digital image does not grant exclusive rights to that image.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use is not included with this license.
If you wish to use any image for commercial, editorial, advertising, publishing, corporate, marketing, hospitality, or other business-related purposes, please contact Wind Atlas to discuss a separate commercial license.
FILE FORMAT
Images are supplied as high-resolution JPEG files unless otherwise specified.
Additional formats may be provided at the sole discretion of Wind Atlas and do not modify the terms of this license.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges can be provided once access to the digital files has been granted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The images are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Wind Atlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the images.
